Vegan Sushi

Sushi:
You will need:
Nori Seaweed Sheets
Jasmine or Sticky Rice, cooked (Or you can use brown jasmine or short grain brown rice)
1 package of tofu, cut into thin strips, fried, and marinated in soy sauce.
Avocado, sliced into thin strips
Cucumber, sliced into thin strips
Red Bell Pepper, sliced into thin strips
Sweet Potato (cut into thin strips and baked to perfection!)
Carrot, sliced into thin strips
Any other vegetables of your choice.
Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Soy Sauce + Wasabi (for dipping sushi)

Directions:

Place 1 sheet of nori on a board, spread about 1/4 inch thick of rice all over the seaweed. Sprinkle about 1 Tbsp. of Nutritional Yeast Flakes on the rice. Then on one end of the rice, put desired amount of tofu and vegetables on your rice...But not too much, or you won't be able to roll your sushi correctly. You may also sprinkle a small amount of soy sauce on the rice. Firmly, yet gently, roll your sushi starting from the end with your tofu and vegetables and working toward the other end. Once you've rolled your sushi, you may slice it, put your sushi onto a plate, and enjoy. Don't forget to dip them in soy sauce for added flavor. :)
